This is a full-time position working as part of a team supporting 4 service users in a supported living setting. You will be responsible for assisting with daily tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care, as well as supporting individuals to engage in activities and hobbies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
  • Assist with activities and hobbies, such as going shopping, attending events, and participating in leisure activities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual support plans
Requirements:
  • Female, residing in the UK, and eligible to work full-time hours on a permanent basis
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
