**Fleet Administrator - Pulman Volkswagen, Durham**

**The role**:
This role is ideally suited to someone who is a strong administrator with outstanding customer focus. You will be responsible for:

- Providing an excellent support and administrative service to the Fleet Sales department.
- Developing effective customer, manufacturer and supplier contact.
- Dealing efficiently with customer requests and queries in a timely manner to ensure total customer satisfaction.
- Help us achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency and cost control

You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, be able to work constructively with your colleagues and be able to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

This is a full time permanent position, working 8:30am
- 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
