**Sales Administrator**
**Durham**
**£25,000 salary**

Our client is a retail motor industry finance provider going through a rapid period of growth These are such a nice bunch of people with a great culture and a can-do attitude.

They work with car and van dealerships throughout the UK, providing their client's customers with competitive finance products and helping those retailers write more business. Their proposition is strong & they've been very successful over the past 10 years.

Due to recent growth in their sales team they need a **Sales Administrator** who can manage the flow or paperwork and administration, and be the voice of the business to customers and dealership partners, by giving great customer service. It's genuinely really varied, and no two days will feel the same. Ideal if you get bored easily.

**The Role**:
You will be responsible for:

- Generating vehicle quotations (with full training)
- Liaising with dealers & customers for necessary documentation
- Ensuring documentation is in place & accurate whilst following guidelines
- Communicating regular updates on progress to dealer partners

A well organised individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who is passionate about the job they’re undertaking & who genuinely wants to develop this role into a career. Honesty, and great values are so important.

**Your skills and experience must include**:

- Being fully computer literate with strong I.T. skills, to include Microsoft Office 365
- Having accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
- Ideally experience in a motor industry role or finance related role
