**The Role**:
The main duties and responsibilities of the Accounts Administrator will be:
- Daily checking of logs and residues documentation and filing
- Weekly analysis and reporting of purchasing
- Weekly/Monthly reject analysis
- Monthly FSC volume reporting
- Inputting purchase contracts
- Resolve purchase invoice queries as they arise
- Debtor chasing
- Credit limit reviews and management
- Ad hoc sales invoicing
- Residue invoicing self-billing weekly
- Competitor and supplier accounts analysis
- Monthly intercompany reconciliations
- Completion of monthly surveys
- Completion of monthly sales report
- Monthly reporting which involves population of data into a spreadsheet and power point presentation for managers
- Fuel & FLT reconciliation
**The Person**:
- Strong experience within a similar role
- Strong Microsoft office skills (primarily Excel)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive approach
**The Salary & Package**:
The salary and package of the Accounts Administrator will be:
- Salary of up to £26,000 dependant on previous experience
