_Accounts Administrator_
- This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and expanding business._
- We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our experienced team._
- Hours are 10am - 2.00pm Monday - Friday (20 hours per week)_
- **The role**:_
- _Processing purchase invoices and credit notes_
- _Resolving invoice and supplier queries_
- _Credit control/Debt Chasing/Opening New Accounts_
- _Performing supplier statement reconciliations_
- _Assisting with month-end procedures_
- _Preparing reports_
- _Getting involved with the administration side of the company including quoting, answering the phones and dealing with Customer enquiries._
- _To be aware of and comply with Company Standards of Conduct and all relevant statutory requirements_
- _**Required skills**:_
- _Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel_
- _Flexible approach with a “can do” attitude_
- _High degree of accuracy and attention to detail_
- _Enthusiastic and a fast learner_
- _Ability to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines under pressure_
- _Friendly and dependable_
- _Must be able to be discreet and trustworthy as you will have access to client and supplier files_
- _Confidence and pride in your work._
- _Be proactive in your approach at all times._
- _Superb customer service skills both over the phone and face to face._
- _Some previous experience with basic accounts/invoice processing and debt chasing preferred _
- _A desire to learn and achieve._
- _Must work both independently and part of a team alongside the sales staff_

This position is temporary to cover maternity leave.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
