**Overview**:
We're currently working in partnership with a large organisation based in central Durham to recruit an experienced Credit Control Administrator for a period of 12 months.

The successful individual will join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of financial services.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Support the implementation of a compliant direct debit collection system.
- Process adjustments to charges as required.
- Address inquiries from stakeholders and monitor query types.
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Department and Credit Control Assistant Manager.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming front-of-house service.
- Assist in processing financial information and contribute to system development.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Previous experience in a large organisation.
- Background in a high-volume accounts receivable department.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Package**:

- 12 month fixed term contract
- Salary: £23,751 to £24,533
- Holidays: 27 Days annual leave per year in addition to 8 public holidays and 4 customary days per year - a total of 39 days per year.
- Location: Durham, hybrid working
