An exciting opportunity to join our team in Birmingham. To provide an efficient patient appointment booking service, associated administrative tasks, providing advice and guidance ensuring the delivery of a patient centred service in accordance with the requirements of the Abortion Act, Care Quality Commission Regulatory Standards, other relevant legislation, NUPAS strategy and NUPAS policies, procedures and guidelines. This role will be responsible for deputising for the Patient Care and Booking Line Team Leader, adopt ownership for the quality of service and induction processes via audits and initial onboarding. Promote a culture to your team where we reassure patients that any information supplied is treated in the strictest of confidence.

Provide information and guidance as to the relevant services available to the patient. Explain the consultation process clearly and concisely including the option of a telephone consultation or clinic appointment and options of communication. Whereby our service cannot assist the patient provide detailed information on patient pathways to other more appropriate services. Ensure all appointment times offered are within the service KPI's and targets.
