Administrative Assistant
- Duties:

- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries in a professional manner
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Ensure subcontractor complience
- Collate schedules of timber sales and raise payment requisitions
- Provide admin support to woodland managers to include apllying for various Forestry Commission and RPA grants, Felling Licence Applications, and digital mapping alongside general office duties.

**Skills**:

- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with computerized office systems and software
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,)
- Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £17,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
