**Freelance Event Staff Required - Eventurous Ltd**

Eventurous are a leading corporate event & team building company. We are specialists in event management services, conferences, AV support and team building activities.

Due to continued growth we are looking for outgoing freelance staff and event crew to be a part of our well managed events teams to travel, set up and deliver a vast range of activities and events across the country and from our base in the midlands.

Our staff are well known for going above and beyond so we are looking for professional individuals who are keen to be part of a successful team to assist in making our events second to none.

**About the role**:
The roles are varied as are the events. Some events are small, while others are large and complex requiring many staff. One day you could be instructing an outdoor team event and the next facilitating an indoor creative workshop or providing entertainment on a corporate fun day.

We want the right people for the right events so there is something that will appeal to most if not everyone.

We require staff that are prepared to get stuck in with the rest of the team on all aspects of the event from set up to pack down and must be of a positive and motivated personality. Most importantly you must be able to engage with corporate clients.

As we operate all over the country, we often need to travel from our HQ in Atherstone, the hours vary depending on travel times and length of events, our pay scale reflects this.

Currently recruiting for team building and staff for corporate events. This role doesn't involve work as brand ambassadors, representatives or stewards.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

- Ability to be proactive, use initiative and work under pressure
- Great client interaction and able to quickly build a rapport
- Self-motivated, confident with a can do, professional attitude
- High energy levels
- Be safety conscious with a professional outlook
- Willing to travel and work long hours
- Able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Be a fun and enthusiastic individual
- Full UK Drivers Licence

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

- Experience of a wide range of activities or a specialist in the extraordinary

**PAY**

£120 + per day for event crew - £150 + for event managers
