HR Coordinator

**Purpose of the Job**:
This is a temporary role to support the Group HR Manager with the completion of a number of HR projects and managing the recruitment and payroll processes. This role is anticipated to be for approx. 3 months.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Assist with the coordination of documentation for payroll in a timely manner.
- Lead the review of job descriptions across all job types within the global business to ensure all employees have a current job description and liaising with line managers as required.
- Input data in the HR Information System (BreatheHR) ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Assist with a review of HR policies and procedures, ensuring that these are compliant with applicable laws and are on a standard template.
- Sickness management, ensuring documentation is complete and trackers update accordingly.
- Support the Group HR Manager with ad-hoc projects as required.
- Handling confidential information in a professional manner.
- Adhere to all STR policies and procedures.
- To carry out other duties as required.
- Administering financial elements such as payroll, compensation and benefits, and pension schemes.
- Collaborating with other managers in the business to ensure the running of the company is smooth from the people’s perspectives. Partnering with the senior operational staff. Whilst also overseeing all other staff members.
**Job Knowledge and Experience**:
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure work is presented in a professional and consistent format.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, specifically word and excel.
- Comprehension of UK employment law essential, knowledge of US, Australian and/or Singapore employment laws an advantage.
- Ability to prioritise and organise workload to meet deadlines.
**Desired Qualifications**:
- Degree or Professional HR qualification preferred, alternatively skills acquired through experience in HR roles.
**Personal Skills and Competencies**:
- Ability to demonstrate STR core values and must also be a self-starter and committed to delivering to a high standard.
