**Job Summary**:
**Job Duties**:

- Provide administrative support to various departments within the consultancy firm.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and scheduling appointments.
- Manage and organise documents, contracts, and client records.
- Input data into databases or spreadsheets and generate reports as needed.
- Assist with project coordination, including educational programs, workshops, or events.
- Support financial processes such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management.
- Assist with marketing initiatives such as social media management and content creation.
- Conduct research on education-related topics, market trends, or competitor analysis.
- Ensure quality standards are met and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Perform general office support tasks such as ordering supplies and coordinating maintenance services.

**Skills ,Qualification and experience**:

- There are no formal academic entry requirements, although entrants typically possess GCSEs/S grades, A levels/H grades, a BTEC/SQA award or equivalent qualifications.
- Professional qualifications are available and may be required by some employers.
- Quick learner and stay up to date
- Relevant experience is preferable

Pay: £32,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
