CameraMatics MySafeDrive is an exciting new addition to our product range enabling customers to measure and manage safety, environmental impact, and cost of vehicle operation across the entire business extending out to supply chain and employees commuting or driving for business using personal vehicles.

As a Technical Operations Support (TOS) with us, you will be responsible for the operational technical support of both hardware and software systems related to mobile DVR (MDVR) and tracking sytems.

**Tasks to include (but not limited to)**:

- Installation commissioning for mobile DVR & tracking systems
- Service call commissioning for mobile DVR & tracking systems
- New customer fleet monitoring
- Customer fleet checks
- Firmware rollouts
- Customer QA audits

**Desirable skill/experience**
- Experience offering general tech support and technically minded.
- Experience of working in a Fleet environment would be an distinct advantage.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a keenness to learn.
- Attention to detail is key - the ability to complete a task while demonstrating a thorough concern for all the areas involved, no matter how small.
- Soft skills - strong communication, self-motivated and able to work alone or as part of a team.
