**JOB DESCRIPTION**
The Health and Safety and Compliance Administrator role will provide support to the Finance Manager and spans several areas; Health and Safety, Contracts, Policies and GDPR.
This role requires a confident, proactive, organised multi-tasker who will be willing to take on all administrative duties as and where needed.
**What the role entails**:
No two days are the same at Campfire. The role of Health and Safety and Compliance Administrator will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- **HEALTH AND SAFETY**
- Monthly checks -fire alarm, fire equipment, emergency lighting
- Creation and issuing of an effective training program.
- 6 monthly fire drills - assessing and amending process as necessary.
- Annual checks - display screen, driving documents, risk assessments, office checks.
- Performing health and safety inductions
- Ensuring compliance with current legislation
- Organising regular servicing as needed i.e. Boiler, security alarm, fire alarm, etc.
- **GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (UK GDPR)**:
- Liaising with departments and managers to maintain and update the record of processing activities, while monitoring personal data flows.
- Perform legitimate interest assessments and data protection impact assessments where appropriate, with the support of the CEO (Data Protection Officer)
- Support in overseeing consistency in client and supplier contractual clauses for data protection as well as related regulatory updates.
- Drafting of templates, data protection addenda, privacy statements, consent forms, policies and procedures as well as other related documents for data protection governance and accountability.
- Creation of GDPR awareness programs for staff engagement.
- Performing GDPR inductions
- **INTERNAL POLICIES**
- Regular monitoring, updating and issuing of internal policies.
- Ensure Campfire is “living” their policies.
- Creation of a staff training program to cover the necessary policies, e.g., Anti-bribery, modern day slavery and human traffic, etc.
- Adhoc administrative duties to support the Finance Manager

**RELEVANT EXPERIENCE**
- Educated to at least GCSE level
- Previous Health and Safety and Compliance administration experience beneficial
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £26,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 10 per week
