**Position title: Printing and Admin Assistant**

In a dual role position, the employee will be responsible for providing administrative support as well as helping in the production environment.

This unique role requires a versatile individual who can seamlessly transition between the production and administrative environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Finish banners by trimming, eyeleting, hemming, and mounting
- Monitor printers to ensure that they are working properly and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Package orders for shipment or pickup by customers
- Ensure that all printing equipment is kept clean and in good working order
- Collaborate with the printing team to ensure that all jobs are completed on time and to the highest quality standards
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including customer phone enquiries.
- Assist with general office operations and tasks as needed
- Create visual concepts and designs for various products

Qualifications:

- 1+ year of experience in a printing or related environment (this is ideal, but not essential)
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Knowledge of computer programs including the Adobe Creative Suite
