- Carry out administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, uploading documents

- Manage and deal with calls from service users, families, carers, and other professionals
- Support the team in carrying out admin work requests via the centralised admin inbox
- We are seeking a friendly individual to join our team of administrators supporting ourAdmin WestMental Health Team(s). Our administration offices are busy places and our clinical teams rely on our team to provide an efficient, effective service to support them in delivering the very best care to our patients.

This is post sits within the Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin Care group which has approximately 900 employees. We provide services for Adult and Older Peoples Mental Health, both community and inpatients services, along with providing mental health services for children and young people across Shropshire.

The post holder will be responsible for providing a quality reception and administrative service working closely with all staff groups and other medical professionals. You will handle incoming and outgoing calls and deal with enquiries in an efficient manner as well as carry out reception duties when required.
You will be required to use a variety of electronic systems on a regular basis such as MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Patient Administration System (RiO), Winscribe Digital dictation and the Cisco Telephony system.
