**Role Overview**

We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Administrator to join our passionate and driven team based at our Ipswich office.

As Marketing Administrator, you will work closely with our marketing and communications team to support the growth of the business, brand awareness and colleague engagement. You will contribute to the implementation of the marketing and communications strategy and plan.

You will be tasked with helping identify marketing trends and opportunities for growth, as well as supporting the creation of marketing materials to support campaigns both internally and externally. You will assist with developing our marketing reports and provide administrative support to our team.

Effective written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail are both important to be successful in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing department’s activities.
- Support the marketing team with traditional and digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.
- Efficiently and effectively source creative assets (photographs, graphically designed creative, video content) for the production of marketing communication collateral in-line with regulations and legislation.
- Establish and maintain effective day-to-day relationships and communication between the marketing function and internal and external stakeholders to support marketing activities.
- Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing.
- Support the development and distribution of marketing and communications reports.
- Work with external suppliers to purchase and quality assure marketing materials and services e.g. promotional materials
