**Job description**
Due to a continued period of growth an opportunity has become available to join the team at CAD Electrical Contractors Ltd as an Office Administrator
To be a success in this role, you will have
- A high degree of self-motivation and drive
- Excellent communication skills
- A confident and determined approach
- Able to work under pressure
- The ability to work independently
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Drive ).
- Experience with Xero software desirable.
- The desire to develop and grow with the business needs.
Main Duties
- Processing of orders
- Invoicing/Crediting
- Ordering stock from Job quotations.
- Producing Job Reports
- Organising Vehicle maintenance.
- Assisting with other general office duties when required.
- The position advertised is required to be filled 16 Hours a week. Hours can be flexible to suit applicant. Monday to Friday. Regular working hours are 8.00am to 5.00pm.
