**The Company**:
Our client is a market leader in their field. They manufacture and supply a range of products to healthcare providers across the UK and internationally.

**The Job**:
This is a lovely all round job Reporting directly to the Customer Care Manager, the primary areas of responsibility will be as follows;
- Day-to-day customer care relationships with both UK and Export customer accounts.
- This includes processing orders on a timely basis, liaising with customers, arranging transport, processing sample requests, providing technical support, updating customer portals, arranging product returns, dealing with customer complaints, sales & marketing support to coordinate product rentals and evaluations, providing support to German & USA branches when required.
- Processing orders generated via online/Amazon orders and assisting with developing these businesses through proactive review of customer feedback and coordinating responses to any issues raised

**The Person**:

- Pevious order processing, administration and office-based customer service experience is essential
- Experience in export documentation and shipping procedures is preferable
- IT literate and highly proficient with ERP systems and core Microsoft Office Applications i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and confident telephone manner - experience is essential for managing customer relationships
- Excellent organisational skills
- Committed and professional team worker
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and adaptable to work under pressure
- Troubleshooting: the ability to identify customer needs and problems that may arise to determine root cause and find solutions based on product / technical related queries

**The Salary**:£Competitive Salary dependent on experience
**The Hours**: Monday to Thursday 8.30 - 4.30pm and 8.00 - 4.00 on Fridays
**Location**: Tredegar **100% Office based role**
**The Benefits**: 25 days holiday plus 8 days bank holiday, a match contributory pension.
