**The Company**:
Our client is a market leader in their field. They manufacture and supply a range of products to healthcare providers across the UK and internationally. You would be joining a business that is experiencing a sustained period of growth, which could potentially offer an extension.

**The Job**:
**Day to day responsibilities**:
Issue monthly statements and copy invoices.
Raising ad hoc billing invoices as required.
Monitoring customer accounts and ensuring the collection of overdue debts.
Customer credit checks.
Proactively monitor and control customer credit limits.
Produce outstanding debtors reports.
Timely resolution of invoice queries, working and communicating with both internal and external customers to ensure that cash is collected in line with contractual requirements.
Balance sheet reconciliations for Trade Debtors, Bad Debt, Sundry Debtors.
Support the Finance department with other tasks as needed.

**The Person**:
Ideally AAT Qualified though Qualified by Experience also considered, 1-2 years’ experience in similar role.
**Desirable skills / experience**:
Experience in working in a manufacturing environment.
Data Analysis, pulling data from system, use of pivot tables, Vlookups formulas.
