This role offers an exceptional chance to dive deep into various facets of the supply chain, including procurement, planning, purchasing, sales administration.
**This is what you'll be doing**:
- Providing administrative assistance across the Supply Chain Department.
- Managing the initiation and documentation of shipment requests.
- Coordinating sample requests and organising laboratory tests for VAVE initiatives.
- Tracking and addressing customer complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Overseeing shipment arrangements to ensure timely delivery alignment.
- Liaising with hauliers to obtain quotations and plan deliveries effectively.
- Generating necessary documentation for orders based on customer specifications.
- Maintaining open lines of communication with suppliers for seamless operations.
- Monitoring and reporting on supplier On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance.
- Documenting and reporting special deliveries accurately.
- Handling various paperwork tasks efficiently.
- Creating comprehensive stock reports to aid in decision-making processes.
- Being ready to cover for other team members during holiday periods upon completing training.
