We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Assessment Administrator to join the Multi-Level Testing Team (MLT). This role directly contributes to the production and delivery of online, customer-focused, data-driven, high-margin automated digital assessment products annually generating over 10m in revenue for Cambridge University Press & Assessment.

**About the role**

The role will be to assist with the management of the MLT Admin Team and to assist the content creation and delivery of new and existing products for MLT.
- supervising administrative support for quality assurance activity on marking and results determination processes
- line managing individuals and contributing to the recruitment, onboarding, performance management, professional development and career progression of team members
- to ensure assessment content, results and key documentation are produced efficiently, in line with standard procedures, on time and to the specified standard of quality and accuracy

**About you**
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
- excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
- planning, co-ordination, prioritisation and decision-making skills
- experience of working in a busy and complex professional environment
