**About the role**

We are seeking a Senior Editor who is passionate, creative, and proactive to join our team and contribute to our ambitious plan for ELT publishing. In collaboration with an experienced and global team, you will play a vital role in developing primary products that expand upon our esteemed reputation as a high-quality university publisher, empowering millions of individuals worldwide to unlock their potential.

As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for creating captivating and innovative course materials for English learners. This includes a diverse range of both print and digital content. Your role will involve independently managing various course materials, ensuring they are delivered punctually, within budget, and tailored to meet the needs of our customers.

**About you**

You have excellent editorial project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering print and digital components on schedule and within budget. Collaborating effectively with authors, in-house teams, and external freelancers and suppliers is second nature to you. You have the ability to develop learning materials that are not only informative but also fun and motivating, shaped by key market insights.

Your knowledge of learning and assessment methodologies, particularly in relation to Cambridge Exam qualifications, is extensive. You are comfortable using a variety of tools and systems in your day-to-day editorial and project management work. Even when it comes to general editorial administrative tasks, you approach them with a positive attitude and efficiency.
