**We are Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a world-leading academic publisher and assessment organisation and a proud part of the University of Cambridge.**

The Education Infrastructure Finance team supports shared areas of operational delivery across both UK and International Education businesses. We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to come and support the work we are doing to improve systems and processes within operational delivery across both UK and International Education.

**About the role**

There is a huge focus on partnering with project and business teams, and you will be an integral part of the team supporting and driving this activity. You will be embedded within projects, developing financial planning, reporting and appraisals to inform decisions and influence senior stakeholder groups.

With the close support of senior financial leadership from within the International and UK Education businesses, you will represent finance during key meetings concerning the development of our project business cases and financial appraisals.

With a large focus on our projects, you will understand our project pipeline and review a range of proposals.

You will support on the development of reporting and analysis for Education Infrastructure, projects and the wider Education business. Your opinion is respected, and you are confident advising when something just isn't going to work.

**About you**

It's important you have a professional accounting qualification, such as ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent. Strong modelling, forecasting and report building experience is essential for this role, but the thing that will make you successful is your communication and relationship-building skills. You will be confident leading meetings, challenging colleagues, influencing decisions and able to manage your own workload in a rapidly changing environment.
