Position Overview:
Our Sports team is seeking an Account Specialist, who willl buid and nurture relationships with our clients, who are among the most well-known and exciting companies in the world, providing them with value-added insights, and so driving revenue within our accounts.
This position will be based in Milan, Italy
Overall Responsibilities:
- Provide insights/recommendations to clients, based on market research analysis.
- Prepare and present marketing research findings to clients’, incorporating industry and client knowledge into your in-depth analysis.
- Source external data to support and contextualise NPD services.
- Support European Key account managers on client servicing.
- Build and nurture relationships with key contacts at client organizations.
- Partner with cross-functional departments and teams to ensure success for the business.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a client servicing capacity, or consumer insights, sales or buying organization, would be preferred.
- Expert in all MS Office products. (Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills and writing ability.
- Related Sports industry experience/knowledge/interest a plus.
- Educational background in Business and Marketing.
- You are fluent in Italian/English, 3rd langage a +.
- Some travel in Europe required.
