Client Onboarding/Account Transitions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Onboarding/Account Transitions Specialist to join our dedicated Transitions team in investment operations. This role is ideal for individuals with 1-2 years of experience in client servicing, middle office, or back office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Portfolio Managers, the client account group, and sales teams to ensure the smooth onboarding of new institutional investors across all investment strategies and multi-asset classes.
  • Contribute to process improvements to support transition activities from front to back.
  • Develop strong interpersonal and communication skills to work across internal teams, including the Front Office, and with external relationships.
  • Gain valuable experience across the full client lifecycle, including new account openings, account closures, facilitating custodian transitions, in-specie transfers, and market openings.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in client servicing, middle office, or back office operations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work across internal teams and with external relationships.
