As a Portfolio Management Office (PMO) Support Officer you will be central to supporting our digital project and programme managers in the delivery of new and exciting digital clinical solutions. Your can-do attitude and inquisitiveness will be called upon to support scheduling and organising project meetings, boards and workshops as well as taking corresponding minutes and monitoring and hastening resulting actions. You will also be responsible for raising purchase orders and supporting project managers to ensure core project documentation is completed and remains up-to-date. More broadly, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of the PMO providing insights where you've identified areas for improvement, and ensure projects are consistently using agreed templates and documentation against established processes. The post holder will need to be highly organised and able to communicate to all levels of staff within a Trust environment and external stakeholders that may also include suppliers.

The job description and person specification are an outline of the tasks, responsibilities and outcomes required of the role. The job holder will carry out any other duties as may reasonably be required by their line manager.
