We are seeking a full-time Handover Specialist to join our team. This role is created for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer experiences while representing one of the world's most prestigious automotive brands. **About the role**:
You will tailor a personalised handover experience for each customer, ensuring they receive comprehensive introductions to their vehicle's specifications. Our goal is to consistently provide the highest level of customer care and satisfaction, fostering strong teamwork. You'll deliver accurate information and maintain ongoing communication leading up to vehicle delivery, ensuring a customized service for every customer, every time.
**About you:**
Good level of general education At least GCSE English and Maths. IT skills, (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel) Previous work experience within a corporate environment, hospitality and/or customer service experience. You must hold a full clean UK Driving licence. Preferential rates for servicing/repairs on your family and friend’s cars.
