Job Title: Eyewear Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Eyewear Specialist to join our team at Specsavers in Huddersfield. As an Eyewear Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional customer service and receive a consistent quality handover from our Optometrists.

Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in an optician and must hold a GOC number. The ideal candidate will be able to manage aftersales service, including complaints and problem solving, in a customer-focused manner. Additionally, the Eyewear Specialist will liaise with Optometrists to ensure that each customer receives a consistent quality handover.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working in an optician
  • GOC registration
