Thriiver are looking to expand their team of award-winning coordinating advisers providing specialist support to disabled and nondisabled people in the workplace, throughout the United Kingdom.

We are looking for talented, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals who will be able to work both as part of a growing team of specialists providing information, advice and guidance to our expanding customer base.

The role also includes identifying our products and training services from Thriiver’s wide-ranging support to help individuals overcome their work-related or employment needs.

The full-time role will be based in our head office in Cuckfield, West Sussex with an additional opportunity to work from home where appropriate.

The salary for this opportunity with Thriiver will be £23,000-£25,000 depending on experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administration, including processing orders
- Building relationships with new and existing clients
- Supporting our marketing teams’ activities
- Creating and sending quotations to clients
- Liaise with customers/employers to book training and coaching sessions.
- Diary management.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Provide statistics and MI on workplace activities.
- Support the production of training material.
- Support the provision of products and services directly to customers or employers.
- The promotion of Thriiver products and services
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- An outstanding and confident telephone manner
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Work to clear guidelines and stringent KPIs
- Outstanding administrative abilities
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Disability awareness, in particular neurodiverse conditions
- Great attention to detail.
- The ability to work as part of a busy team and be able to perform independently of others when required.
- Own transport as location is remote

The salary for this opportunity with Thriiver will be £23,000-£25,000 depending on experience.
