This modern, inclusive and innovative agency are leaders in the tech space

This is a varied and hands-on, in-house role designed to share the success of the agency and grow their brand presence across traditional and digital marketing channels.

This is a remote role, with company meet ups once a month in London.

The Role
- Strategise, develop and Implement the marketing plan to meet tactical goals and objectives.
- Direct content creation, for both internal and external purposes utilising the in-house design team.
- Plan and control all digital and marketing assets across all social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and TikTok.
- Work closely with the global business leads to ensure that all marketing material both digital and physical are tailored.
- Working with in-house designers to produce materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines.
- Lead a monthly marketing meeting with all relevant stakeholders.
- Generate reports for digital marketing campaigns using data-based analytics tools.
- Ensure the website is fully optimised and is engaging to visitors - an insight into SEO optimisation would be beneficial.
- Monitor competitor activity and brainstorm potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy to the services we offer.
- Plan and execute paid campaigns (PPC).
- Budget management.

The Person
- Ideally a minimum of 4 years of experience in a 360 marketing role, ideally within an agency.
- A hands-on self-starter with a creative and inquisitive mind
- The ability to build and deliver a Marketing plan and budget.
- Experience of working with corporate clients across multiple projects at one time.
- Exceptional ability to establish relationships and maintain a positive rapport with clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills at all levels.
