Your Responsibilities The post holder will provide strong, professional, and empowering leadership to the experience of care functions across the Trust, as well as influence wider system work around the experiences of patients, carers and families. The role is responsible for strategic and operational leadership for all aspects of the experience of care within the organisation. This role will require someone with highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. They will also have a flexible approach to work and a keen interest in this specialist area.
**Key skills**: To provide clinical, professional, and operational leadership for all aspects of patient experience across the Trust. Resilience and the ability to manage and deal with competing priorities and deliver against the patient experience strategy. Be able to develop and lead programmes of work across a system, establishing partnerships with other organisations to deliver required outcomes. Strategic, lateral, and creative thinker, with the ability to analyse and assimilate complex issues and research, recognise opportunities and deliver solutions Demonstrates strong empathy and sensitivity to the needs/experiences of individuals/groups Work closely with Matrons, Medical Teams, Divisional Management Teams, Care Group Management Teams, Care Group Clinical Leads, the Quality Team and the Corporate Nursing Team.
