We're looking to recruit **Workforce Planning Executives **to join our **Angard Staffing** department and support our **Service Deliver Team**

**Location**:Office BasedNorthampton (Brackmills)

**Shift Pattern**: Monday to Friday 09:30am - 6pm (Need to be flexible to work 8am - 4:30pm)

There will be 1 shift a week 11:30am - 8pm

1 weekend every month 09:00am - 5:30pm - (work from home - days off in the week)

You will be provided your shift patterns 4 weeks in advance

**Salary**:£24000 per annum - 15% bonus depending on productivity and performance

**What's a Workforce Planning Execuitve?**

You'll be:

- Managing our bespoke booking system, JoinedUp
- Supporting managers with utilising systems effectively
- Managing shift patterns and rotas as per site requirements
- Maintaining positive working relationships with key stakeholders across the client group

**What are we looking for?**

We’re looking for engaging, customer service professionals who are confident and committed to delivering an outstanding service to our client on a daily basis.

It's also essential that you:

- Have demonstrable experience in a customer service environment
- Are a strong communicator both over the phone and in writing
- Can work effectively as part of a team
- Have strong computer literacy skills - particularly with MS Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00 per month
