Workforce Planning Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Planning Executive to join our team at Reed Talent Solutions in Northampton. As a key member of our Angard Staffing department, you will play a vital role in supporting our Service Delivery Team.

About the Role

The Workforce Planning Executive will be responsible for managing the deployment and engagement of Angard workers at Royal Mail sites across the country. You will work directly with clients, site managers, and candidates to ensure seamless shifts and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage our bespoke booking system, JoinedUp
  • Handle incoming calls and emails from candidates and managers
  • Support managers with utilizing systems effectively
  • Manage shift patterns and rotas as per site requirements
  • Maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders across the client group

Requirements

We are looking for engaging, customer service professionals who are confident and committed to delivering an outstanding service to our client on a daily basis. You will need:

  • Demonstrable experience in a customer service environment
  • Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in writing
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong computer literacy skills, particularly with MS Office
