At The One Group we have been given the exciting task of working with a fantastic local business who are renowned within the construction industry that have grown at an amazing rate over the last 5 years with plans to continue to grow, and are now currently on searching for a Workforce Coordinator to join their team.

What this role entails;
- Working closely with white collar and blue collar employees ensuring compliance is complete.
- Assisting with IR35 documentation and ensuring polices are adhered too.
- Completing a weekly report to senior management.
- Building relationship with agencies who provide staff to UK wide sites.
- Regular contact with the accountancy, HR and site teams.
- Onboarding of new contractors and ensuring all new starter documentation is complete.
- Use of inhouse bespoke systems.
- Compliance completion with deadlines.

What you will receive?

Hours: 830am - 5pm Monday - Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
