This is a pivotal role in the College, essential to the Principal’s work. The post holder will need to become fully conversant with the College’s organisational structure and fully understand the Principal’s calendar and meeting schedule. The post holder will need to co-ordinate and manage the efficient day-to-day running of the Principal’s office, to ensure the smooth flow of incoming and outgoing work and information, and to deliver specific projects. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are absolutely essential: the post holder will be in regular contact with all College departments, students, governors and visitors.

The post is ideal for someone who is motivated, organised and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced, professional environment. Tact, discretion and judgement will be vital.

This vacancy represents an ideal opportunity to take a lead administrative role, in a vibrant, supportive college.
