**Client Details**

A rare opportunity has arisen with a leading manufacturing business in Macclesfield due to a recent internal move for an Experience Executive Assistant to join the business supporting the MD and Finance Director. This company are well established and havean excellent reputation for staff retention and development.

**Description**

The Executive Assistant role is a Permanent role and will be mainly office based in Macclesfield. You will be supporting the Managing Director and Finance Director.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Executive Assistant to the Managing Director and Finance Director, providing assistance in a discreet, diplomatic and efficient manner. Offering ideas and solutions for ad hoc projects
- Managing several inboxes and expertly categorising incoming mail
- Maintain and coordinate diary management and monthly meetings
- Collation, consolidation and issue of monthly board reports and agendas ahead of meetings
- Minute typing and distribution, ensuring all aspects of meetings are organised and actions captured and chased
- Organise national travel along with preparation of business itineraries for staff and visitors
- Organise dinners and events as required
- Project management
- Facilitate all legal, supplier, property and shareholder document signing where necessary
- Preparing personal expenses and submitting credit card consolidation
- Working with all Sales teams to ensure project deadlines, actions and milestones are tracked and delivered on time
- Internal database and folder management of sensitive files and company documents, compiling and filing confidential letters and other documentation
- Facilitate internal communications / first point of contact for all ad hoc queries and support
- Requires the ability to make proactive decisions and recommendations.

**Profile**
- Have experience in a Senior Administration/ EA role previously
- An awareness or experience of working with legal documentation would be advantageous
- Have a high proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Have Customer / Supplier database knowledge with the ability to training new users and the updating of the system as required
- Be able Collect, organise, interpret and present statistical information to help with decision making.
- Live within commuting distance of Macclesfield
