We are looking for highly motivated employment services consultant who have a passion for supporting unemployed individuals to find work.

**Responsibilities**:

- To link with employers and promote PET-Xi and our Restart participants to recruit to live vacancies with the employer.
- To support Employment Coaches to achieve monthly Job Entry performance whilst prioritising participants due to finish programme.
- To add employer details to a PICS system.
- To ensure that planned courses delivered are at full capacity with participants attending.
- Networking to attend Career and Job Fair events.
- To be responsible for Quality and Compliance monthly audit checks to ensure that we achieve and meet our Customer Service Standards.
- To support participants that are currently employed or self-employed to ensure that they sustain whilst in employment.
- To act as an Employment Coach to cover staff on Annual Leave and step into appointments both face to face and remote appointments.

- A passion to exceed all monthly performance targets and KPIs
- Motivation to deliver strong outcomes for individuals and transform lives
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience of working in target driven environment
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with individuals quickly and with the ability to listen, understand and coach
- Ability to motivate individuals and challenge them
- Great knowledge of the labour market
- Good at problem solving
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- A strong commitment to personal and professional development
- Be able to comply with data protection, IT security and other policies
- Be a team player and supportive of colleagues
