The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately £28,300 based on 37 hours per week at £13.69 per hour.

This is a temporary position.

We are looking for an individual who can provide effective support to homeless households by identifying their housing needs and offering information, advice, and guidance to improve health and social wellbeing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for signposting clients to relevant services and supporting them to access these services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
