As a Client Coordinator you will serve as the initial point of contact at Skin Laundry, playing a pivotal role in client interactions and ensuring exceptional customer service. This position involves coordinating front-desk activities, managing appointments, and maintaining a welcoming reception area, all while upholding quality control and excellence in customer service. **2. Duties and Responsibilities**

**2.1 Operations**
- Coordinate front-desk activities, schedule appointments, and manage client files.
- Maintain and organize the reception area.
- Introduce and explain new services, promotions, and offerings to clients.
- Provide new clients with a comprehensive introduction to Skin Laundry’s services and facilities.
- Offer facility tours, explaining the functions and benefits of equipment.
- Confirm bookings, follow up on no-shows, and handle cancellations.
- Engage actively with clients to ensure awareness of services, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Ensure in-house clients are comfortable, gather feedback on treatments, and address any concerns.
- Conduct post-treatment follow-ups with new clients to record feedback and schedule their next appointment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for influencer visits.
- Encourage clients to complete surveys and share reviews.
- Maintain an active report on the status of new clients for reference.
- Update the client database with relevant information.
- Recommend promotional ideas based on client feedback.
- Communicate improvements to the Clinic Manager.
- Ensure proper handover before going on leave.
- Adhere to Skin Laundry’s vision, brand values, and telephone standards.
- Perform other assigned duties.

**2.2 Sales & Marketing**
- Promote and upsell new services and products.
- Introduce promotions, offers, and packages.
- Actively sell packages, memberships, gift vouchers, and retail products.
- Focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Encourage client referrals to Skin Laundry.
- Attend weekly meetings with the regional clinic manager.
- Manage community management, handling inquiries and leads.
- Assist with weekly and monthly reports as directed.
- Request marketing collateral and communication as needed.
- Report potential marketing leads to the regional clinic manager.

**2.3 Sales & Retention**
- Create curated client experiences.
- Present and promote customized laser facials tailored to clients' skincare needs.
- Discuss the importance of skincare protocols and recommended products.
- Establish and maintain effective client retention processes.
- Celebrate the success of clients' results.

**2.4 Financial Accountability**
- Partner with the Clinic Manager to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Use KPIs and propose action plans to enhance the client experience.

**2.5 Supporting Store Operations Success**
- Support clinic success by improving efficiency and accuracy in all processes and procedures.
- Assist Clinic Manager with orientation, training, coaching, and developing new staff members.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and comfort with computer/store systems.

**2.6 Enhancing Skin Laundry Culture**
- Respect and support your team members' individuality, creating an enjoyable clinic environment with growth opportunities.
- Uphold organizational relationships with Skin Laundry’s “One-Team” Mentality.

**2.7 Assists in the Following**:

- Ensuring established inventory standards for all supplies and equipment.

- Maintaining a safe work environment.
- Partnering with Clinic Manager in developing staff.
