**Company profile - Renewable Energy**
In this Client Coordinator opportunity in London, you will be joining a division of Europe’s largest generator of renewable energy.

They are responsible for developing, owning, and operating renewable power production facilities across the UK.

This division focuses specifically on Electric Vehicle charging spaces throughout Europe. In the UK they currently have over 350 charging stations installed and are now looking for an analytical and natural problem solver to help expand this number.

**Job description - Client Coordinator**
In this Client Coordinator position, you will be responsible for ensuring internal processes run smoothly so clients can be serviced effectively. You will be pivotal in facilitating communications between internal stakeholders - ranging from first line customer support to the technical team.

The role requires a real sense of commercial curiosity and an enjoyment of problem solving/ process improvement You will need to be highly detail orientated and people orientated to excel in this role.

**Key Responsibilities - Client Coordinator**
- In this Client Coordinator role in London, your tasks will involve:_
- Taking charge of second line client support - you will help manage escalated client queries
- Preparing and analysing monthly reports at high level for the leadership team - you will be responsible for presenting these to senior management.
- Preparing financial dunning reports & proactively chasing outstanding invoices
- Raising purchase orders on behalf of the wider operations team
- Ordering Hardware and tracking orders and deliveries
- Allocating and tracking stock levels
- General Admin using Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Other ad hoc activities as require - you’ll be happy to get stuck in

**Job Requirements - Client Coordinator**
- At least a 2.1 from university
- Some form of commercial experience in an office environment
- Excel skills are important - if you have your VLookUps down that’s a real plus
- A genuine passion for sustainability, with clear evidence of attempting to venture into this field
- A growth mindset, and keenness to learn new skills
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to keep many plates spinning at once
- Fantastic communication skills, both written and spoken
