**Customer Care Administration Job in Northampton, Northamptonshire**:
Our client was established 50 years ago, with 10 offices across the Midlands, East Anglia, South West, and the North West. They are a private family-owned business that employ over 1000 people and build over 4000 homes per year across 9 regions.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring and updating outstanding defects that have been reported on internal systems
- Product reports to show defect trends
- Distribute weekly diaries and job sheet production for Technicians
- Receiving and logging materials for the Technicians
- Managing and reviewing the 5-7-month Purchaser Reminders
- Assisting the Head of Customer Care with the Housing Association defect reporting, ensuring all trackers are kept up to date
- Complying with all company policies and procedures.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience of office work
- Experience in property would be desirable
- Literate in IT proficiencies.
