Uniserve is looking for a dedicated Customer Services Administrator to join our team in Northampton. You'll maintain and develop quality relationships with customers and internal business units, ensuring all service parameters are met and processes are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage current customer accounts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal business units.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Communicate with customers via MS Outlook, MS Teams, and telephone.
  • Prepare KPI packs for customer reviews.
  • Create and maintain customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Engage with warehouse departments for effective communication.
  • Identify and suggest operational improvements.
  • Complete necessary training to enhance skills.
  • Promote a professional image of Uniserve.
  • Undertake additional duties as requested by management.

Experience & Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced logistics environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • High attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable in a customer-facing role.
  • Adaptable to changes in the work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn different roles within the team.
