**Do you enjoy working with curious and creative kids and want to inspire the next generation to become confident communicators? Join us as a Media Cubs leader if you**:

- _Have a passion for supporting children to develop their confidence_
- _Are interested in media, digital or creative activities (but you don't have to be an expert)_

We're looking for a Media Cubs leader to deliver clubs in schools and in the community to primary and secondary school-age children in Greater Manchester. This 30 hour per week role will be delivered flexibly between Monday-Friday. 1-2 evenings per week will be required to deliver evening clubs. There will be occasional weekend workshops (approx 1 every 6-8 weeks).

The classes are never boring, constantly engaging and fun, challenging, hilarious, and, ultimately, very rewarding.

No specific like-for-like experience is required but you will need to be comfortable working on your own with groups of 15 primary and secondary-aged children (this is the standard class size). You will be supported throughout induction and beyond, with weekly supervisions and check-ins.

You will be paid for completing the Media Cubs Bootcamp induction. You will be fully supported by colleagues with weekly support, supervision and shadowing opportunities, and will receive a pop-up TV studio kit, handbook packed full of lesson plans, session activities, and guidance.

- First Aid training is preferable but can be arranged through the Media Cubs team.

**Salary**: £24960 pro rata, actual £18720 on a 30-hour week

This role is initially fixed term for 12 months.
