**Salary Range**:80,000 + Great Package

One of the leading multinational banks is seeking to appoint an Assistant Manager to report to the Chief Financial Officer and this role sits within capital management part of the finance team.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Work closely with Finance Manager in charge of Capital Reporting.
- Assist with the production, analysis and submission of the statistical returns required by the Bank of England, supervisory returns for the PRA and European Banking Authority (FINREP, PRA, BoE and COREP reports).
- Assist with the analysis and communication of policy and market developments in regulatory reporting and update senior management of any upcoming changes.
- Assist in the testing of new releases of STB software used to produce the returns to ensure that changes to the regulations are met, and that bugs or faults in the software are identified and reported.
- Assist with the maintenance and review of procedure documentation for processes performed within the Regulatory Reporting function to ensure relevance and efficiency.
- Assist with the company's growth strategy for Regulatory reporting.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of both internal and external capital calculation and reporting tools on ad hoc daily, weekly, and quarterly basis.
- Work with the Finance Manager in charge of Capital Reporting to review processes relating to Regulatory Reporting to identify improvements and thus enhance control / system capabilities.
- Analyse and help with the implementation of new legislation.
- Perform housekeeping and submission of non-finance regulatory templates through GABRIEL, BEEDS &OSCA, where required.
- Assist in provision of information towards production of annual ICAAP, Pillar 3 and RRP and reviews at working group levels.
- Assist with inputs into ICAAP and RRP on Liquidity and Capital stress testing.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks within Asset Liability management, within the wider regulatory and capital management.

**Key requirements**:

- Qualified Accountant and experience within Banking.
- Experience within a Finance department in a regulatory reporting function covering production/review/submission etc. BOE, PRA, ECR returns.
- Strong Regulatory reporting background - Experience with COREP and solid Regulatory (CRR)
- Good knowledge of VERMEG - STB Regulatory reporting system.
- Good knowledge of Treasury and other Banking products.
