The Job Description

We are seeking a Regulatory Reporting Manager to join our client's team. As a key member of the financial regulatory reporting team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all regulatory submissions.

You will work closely with the Head of External Reporting, the Financial Controller, the CFO, and CEO to ensure that all financial regulatory requirements are met. Your expertise in financial regulatory reporting will be instrumental in maintaining the company's reputation and compliance with regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for all regulatory reporting.
  • Confidently undertake Financial Regulatory Reporting.
  • Lead on the production of ICARA under IFPR and its presentation to stakeholders.
  • Model regulatory and liquid capital, wind-down scenarios, and stress tests for regulated entities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in financial regulatory reporting and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Compensation

We offer a salary range of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual bonus.
