**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**You will be responsible for**:

- Monitoring the firm’s regulatory reporting obligations, including MiFID II trade and transaction reporting, short sale reporting, long position reporting, and REMIT reporting.
- Managing regulatory reporting changes, collaborating with Legal & Compliance to interpret rule changes, writing requirements for implementation, and project managing key deliverables.
- Assessing regulatory reporting risks continuously and implementing or enhancing controls as necessary.
- Documenting and implementing processes and procedures for monitoring compliance across transaction reporting regimes.
- Building and managing Management Information (MI) and reporting processes to track control failures and resolution times.
- Assisting with the resolution of failed, inadequate, or missing controls.
- Staying current on the regulatory reporting landscape and ensuring the Operations department’s full compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications/Skills Required**:
**To be successful in this role, you should have**:

- A project management skill set.
- Exposure to regulatory reporting, preferably MiFID and/or MAS.
- Proven understanding of regulatory reporting obligations and their impact on Operations.
- Good knowledge of financial instruments across equities, fixed income, and commodities.
- The ability to prioritize in a fast-moving, high-pressure, and constantly changing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of SQL, Alteryx & Tableau.
- Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- The ability to manage a range of stakeholders.
- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to participate and help others.
