Customer Service Coordinator

Working for this multifaceted pharmaceutical manufacturing and sales organisation as a Customer Service Coordinator, your job is to assist in making important things happen.
**Salary - **£23,000 + Bonus
**Job Type**:Permanent / Full Time / Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
**Benefits**:30 days’ annual leave (including bank holidays), increasing to 33 days for loyalty service, Company Sick Pay scheme, A generous yearly bonus paid every January, to all staff.
**The Role**
You’ll take charge of customer enquiries, helping to locate lost orders and problem solving where necessary. You will also invoice and credit note customers, conduct regular service calls and take and enter orders.
This position also acts as a support function for the Business Development managers as you help them manage their workloads, occasionally booking appointments and organising their diaries. From time to time, you will have the opportunity to visit clients with the BDM’s to give you exposure to the sales side of the business as well as foster your personal development.
This role is an excellent step for someone with a customer and coordination focussed background who is looking to build a career within sales or manufacturing.
