Operations Coordinator

To support the Operational team, we are recruiting for an **Operations Coordinator** to join the business. The role will be a key support for the Operations Director and Operations team at Lymn Bank Farm. This pivotal role involves fostering seamless communication and collaboration among various departments, including Logistics, Planning, and QA/Technical, ensuring a harmonious flow of operations, reporting directly to the Operations Director.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Ensure daily service reports completed and distributed.
- Support and manage team escalation process.
- Provide support to customer enquiries as required.
- Facilitate Operations meetings & follow up on actions.
- Facilitate daily team huddles / weekend handovers.
- Manage team KPI’s, sharing reports as needed.
- Month end operational reporting as required including OEE.
- Ensure department induction/ training folder kept updated.
- Manage the stock and inventory reporting.
- Facilitate RTW / absence management review with Operations teams.
- Coordinate Operations Directors 1:1’s & PDR’s with direct reports.
- Manage team rotas, including work schedules and holidays reports.
- Any other administration support for the Operations Director as required.
What we need from you:
- Previous experience in FMCG or similar environment.
- Supply Chain or customer services background.
- Excellent planning and organising skills.
- Computer literate with MS office.
- Can effectively escalate when necessary.
- Able to work to tight deadlines, with a flexible approach.
Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills, demonstrating the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels within the organisation.
- Consistently deliver clear and concise written and verbal communications, ensuring that information is conveyed accurately and efficiently.
- Display flexibility regarding working hours, readily adapting to changes at short notice when necessary to meet operational demands.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
