When you are looking for your own perfect holiday home, our experienced and helpful staff can help to point you to the property of your dreams. Whatever you want to ask about any of our properties, there will be someone on our staff who knows the cottage or apartment at first hand.

**Managed and Client Services**:

- Management of our growing managed property portfolio.
- Recruiting and on boarding of Housekeepers.
- Carry out property inspections as and when required.
- Arrange resolution of maintenance and property issues and follow up as needed.
- Arranging and monitoring compliance and Health and Safety for the property portfolio.
- Responding to customer enquiries and guest issues
- Owner liaison

**Bookings**:

- Daily Portal Management and Affiliates
- Daily guest liaison, booking administration and department support.
- Responding to guest and owner pre-arrival booking queries and liaising with internal departments.

Skills, Qualifications & Expereince
- Exceptional administration and multi-tasking skills including full understanding of Microsoft systems.
- Excellent communicator in written and spoken English.
- Professional and friendly approach, able to build relationships quickly and effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and owners.
- Flexibility and ability to prioritise workload and take ownership of projects and issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to fully complete tasks.
- Full clean driving licence.

Salary is negotiable, depending on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
