We have an exciting opportunity for people to show an expression of interest for future House Manager roles in an around Henley in Arden, Stratford Upon Avon, Solihul and Redditch.
McCarthy Stone are building a Talent Pool to support our vibrant McCarthy Stone Retirement Living developments, where you will be the first to hear when vacancies arise in your preferred locations.
Hours: Typically 25 hours/week, Monday-Friday
Salary: £17,.42, + Bonus
The role:
This diverse role is perfect for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a vibrant retirement living community as a House Manager. In this role, no two days are the same and you will be responsible for ensuring high quality property management and home owner engagement.
Key responsibilities for a House Manager:
The day-to-day operational running of the development Proactive and effective relationships with internal and external customers Representing and championing the McCarthy Stone brand at the development Promoting and driving activities for our Homeowners and driving a vibrant communityYou will bring:
Experience working in a customer centric environment Experience in multi-tasking and prioritising workload Emotional intelligence, self-awareness, empathy, and compassion Ability to problem solve, with a can-do attitude and hands on approach Time management, organisation and prioritisationAs part of McCarthy & Stone, a successful and fast expanding national company, you’ll get all the training and support you need to help you meet your career goals.
